Returns Procedure

We guarantee all our products to be 100% authentic and genuine. 100% imported from USA. 100% Premium brands, NOT fakes, NOT immitations from China, NOT generic el-cheapo knock offs from China.

Each product is well tested prior to delivery and dispatch to shipping to be sure that our customers dont get disappointed.

Should, however, any product malfunction occurs due to manufacturing defect (which seldom happens) we offer 1 month warranty on any product we carry. As long as it is not a malfunction caused by improper use, not following instructions (user guide), water damage, or physical damage. If proven manufacturing problem we will replace said product immediately or if not in stock customer will be given a choice of full refund or choose another item of nearest value. We are after customer satisfaction, never customer disappointment on our products and services.


Item Return Procedure:

If you suspect your item is defective due to manufacturing issues follow the following instructions first:1. Read instruction guide included in the product carefully.

2. Buy a fresh set of batteries.

3. Take note of polarity of each battery when inserting. Many times this is the problem, to avoid the hassle of sending us a properly working item.

4. Make sure the battery cover is closed tight enough (for caps with twisting motion), but not too tight as the cap may break or crack during twisting motion.

5. Make sure to locate the on/ off switch and attempt to turn on and off several times.

6. Attempt to shake the item or bump into a wall while turning it on and off just to make sure that it is really defective.

7. If all these failed you may send it back to us via LBC for proper evaluation and inspection, once approved we will send you a brand new same item as replacement. Or a full refund if item is not in stock anymore.

Then inform us via text senders name and tracking no. for us to claim it. Together with details of the problem experiemnced with the product. Also include your full name and address where we can ship the replacement item.
